2015 is coming!!
So Christmas is almost here and we at Hybrid are starting to look forward to what the new year will bring! New years resolutions and a whole load of new challenges ahead!
Here at Hybrid we are working hard to help you, your friends and your families stick to those resolutions and achieve your goals. We are bringing back our new member joining offer Join now and pay nothing until February! We are also offering you double referral savings! This means that if your friends join in January you will save £2.00 a month from the cost of your membership for as long as your friends are members!!
In January we are launching lots of new classes and groups for everyone to get involved in.
From the 9th January we are running a new Fit Kidz session. This will be for kids aged 10-16 and will be a free class to members. More info will be released this week so keep your eyes peeled!
Hybrid Ultra Fit Challenge!
This January 31st will see the return of Hybrids Ultra Fit Challenge! This is a gym based competition held upstairs in the main gym. Throughout January we are offering free 30 minute sessions with our trainers to write you a plan designed to get you ready for the event. This is open to all ages and abilities and will give you a great incentive to stick to those new years resolutions! Come and see us on reception to book your session!
Billy Hannah of WH Fitness will be running a barbell club at Hybrid twice a week from January. This is a must for anyone looking to improve their Olympic lifting, improve strength and power. cost and times TBC so keep your eyes open for more info on this one.
Throughout 2015 Hybrid will be entering teams into several challenge events. These include the Plymouth Half Marathon and Tough Mudder.
The Half Marathon next year is on th 19th April. Nico will be taking a running club on a Wednesday night. Again this is designed for all abilities. This will be starting from January 28th to give you a full 12 weeks to prepare for the event.
The Tough Mudder team is to be captained by Carly! It is due to be held August 22nd -23rd. More details to follw but she will be putting together classes and regimes for anyone looking to join the team. Again all abilities are welcome!!
